Information we collect
BBU may collect account and contact details, order information, program progress, assessment answers, support requests and the preferences you choose to provide. BBU Fit intake may include health and lifestyle information needed to deliver the program safely and appropriately.
How information is used
- To create and protect your account.
- To process orders and provide program access.
- To personalise learning, intake and learner support.
- To measure program use and improve the BBU experience.
- To meet legal, tax, safety and fraud-prevention obligations.
Location and currency preferences
Your device time zone and regional language settings suggest a country and browsing currency. You can change this at any time using the flag selector. BBU does not use GPS or send your IP address to a location service for this feature. Your choice is saved in a preference cookie and browser storage, and may be shared with BBU programme subdomains. Converted prices are estimates; checkout identifies the exact amount and currency charged. Orders, invoices and financial records retain their original payment currency.
Health and assessment information
BBU Fit information is used for educational program delivery and support. It is not used to diagnose or treat disease. Required and optional permissions are kept separate, and medical decisions remain with you and your qualified treating professional.
Service providers and retention
BBU may use carefully selected hosting, payment, email, media and analytics providers to operate the service. They receive only the information needed for their role. Records are retained only for as long as needed for program delivery, legitimate business purposes and applicable legal obligations.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information and may withdraw optional marketing consent. Contact BBU through the contact page to make a request.
